Zermatt trip for me was a success coz i could improve my (crappy) skill a lot .. now my skiing is much more (what i believe to be) "Parallel"!! .. i'm so~~ glad
since my learning curve is rising (up & down actually), i'm already looking forward to the third trip of this winter in St Francois Longchamp - France.. (yeah.. i'm a ski freak all right!) ... it's unbelievable that i'm really doing 3 ski trips in this winter (bloody hell..i can't believe myself sometimes) .. it will be a big succes already if i dont break any part of my body .. so far so good.. all my body still intact ***
next agenda on skiing:
Carving - try carving by using more of the ski'edges, putting the ski more on the edges when turning .. this should make ski more carving and less sliding..
Pole Planting - not sure when and where to plant my pole laa..

4月4日 Vatican Museum
Room of the Signature by Raphael Raphael is one of the most famous artists in the high Renaissance time. He’s always referred as a young great artist who crated a lot of famous art works during his time which was cut short by his early death. Raphael was in the same time as Leonardo Davinci and Michelangelo
One of Raphael’s the most famous works is “School of Athens” in Room of Signature which is part of Raphael’s Room in the Vatican Museum. Raphael painted the greatest philosophers of ancient Greek, Plato (pointing upward) with Aristotle (a portrait of Leonardo Davinci), relaxing and debating outside the school. Other famous philosophers are Pythagoras (on the foreground, is explaining his theory from a book), Heracleitus (portrait of Michelangelo – leaning against a block of marble, writing on a paper) Euclid, Socrates, Alcibiades, Diogenes, Zoroaster and Ptolemy.. (in fact i know only a few of them
Raphael also painted himself hiding and looking back (จอบ) at the viewer .. (I really love this!)
The Sistine Chapel Michelangelo’s famous frescoes (painting on wet plaster) are in Sistine Chapel in Vatican. Sistine Chapel is the room where the conclave for the election of the pope is held.. therefore, this room is an important room that you can’t miss in the Vatican.
Unfortunately, it’s not allowed to take any photos in this room.. which is understandable as it’s an extremely sacred place (so I took some video instead
The interesting frescoes for me are the “Ceiling” of this chapel, the episodes of the Genesis as given in the Old Testament.
Original Sin and Banishment from the Garden of Eden Creation of Eve (from a rib of Adam!!) *all the pictures in the" Sistine Chapel" catagory is from http://www.wga.hu/
Most of the Vatican Museum (apart from the Sistine Chapel) are allowed to take photos. But most of the time, the brightness inside the museum (also including most of the churches outside) is very dim.. so if you want to take some nice pictures .. a camera stand is needed.. (only if you're resistant in carrying it na.. after all, just walking already very tiring)

3月29日 Italy - RomeLast few weeks i had a chance to visit Italy with some friends from Thailand. During 1 week I visited Rome, Venice, Florence, Pisa and Milan.
Rome is quite different from what I expected. Apart from churches in the city, other architectures (houses, buildings) are quite ordinary, no classy buildings like those in Paris.. There are very few Roman style buildings .. I have to admit that I had never pictured Rome this way before. in Rome, there are many impressive places. The Vatican museum is very artistic and full of interesting literature. There are stories behind almost every corner. It’s very joyful to appreciate the ancient artifact along with the history (thanks to Gift that explained me many things) – otherwise, for me, it would be just a “Piece of art” or "Ruin of something" ... If you want to explore Rome (or Italy in general), I’d recommend you to do some home work.. this will also make you understand more the European history for the earliest known societies to the end of the Roman Empire .. not sure if this is interesting for everyone
The Colosseum is also grand and impressive, the Forum (the Ruin of the late Roman or some even before the Roman time) is also around the corner (for those who love in Ruin like me
There’re so many places to explore in Rome but I’m too lazy to write them down..
In general, Rome is quite developed (from a view of a tourist like me).. except one thing, the people.. if you’re a girl, it’s normal that you will be flirted (beauty is not always necessary in this city).. some Romers will stare at you nastily (until you feel being raped by the stare!!) … I and my friends did a mistake on using the Subway tickets (innocently jing jing na) the officer just simply asked us to pay undertable money!!! Crossing roads in Rome can be deadly adventuring even on pedestrian crossing,.. somehow, the rome drivers can manage to stop the cars just (a little) before you .. they really have quick reaction on their “teens" (to break).. so do have fate and confidence in crossing! (otherwise you won’t go anywhere)
there are still some story to tell from this trip but I’ve been so busy (and lazy) lately.. I will come back to finish this later (maybe??)..
Buay 11月27日 Koh Koodi always wanted to visit some nice beach when i was in Netherlands,.. there are a few beaches easily accessible from The Hague (Den Haag) and i went there from time to time.. tho they're generally so cold and not comparible with those in thailand, however, they're "Next best thing" i could find that time ..
Last week i finally had a chance to visit Koh Kood with my brother, Boy. Koh Kood is a very beautiful island with everything i wanted to explore.. it is famous for beaches, crytal clear sea, Klong Chao Waterfall and coral sites for diving.
For me, i was really excited. this was the first time in many years that i hadn't seen a white sand beach with crytal clear-blue sea so .. i went to Analay Resort. it is a brand-new resort, i was so impressed by the staffs over there and their excellent service (thanks very much Khun Sukee, Na'Wee and everyone). the resort is very peaceful and has (almost) a private beach (Sai Daeng beach) on the side.. at the front side of the resort there's a wooden passage led to a rock-reef sea, i really loved snokling and swimming around this area, there're some colorful fish and Giant clam (หอยมือเสือ) to see. at the same passage we did squid-fishing (ตกหมึก) in the night.. luckily there was no stupid squid so we catched nothing :-) .. the seafood there is also excellent.. i had a chance to do skin-diving at a coral site as well (but i didn't do at the best diving site coz it was too stormy that day)..
in overall, it was a nice~ nice trip for me.. too bad that i lost my TMO's business phone at the arrival at Trad (actually it was stolen), it was beyond my capability and out of control.., i'm so sorry about that..
